Delivery takes 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach you.Depending on where we are shipping the watches, we will use EMS, FedEx, DHL, China Air Mail, and special air mail (registered airmail is mainly used for ordering small accessories like parts, belts, etc.). Most goods are sent using express delivery and are fully trackable. Most of the time, we will declare a low value for the items in the package and mark them as gifts to avoid customs scrutiny and suspicion. This is also to prevent customers from having to pay too much in taxes and duties.Special note: For Hong Kong Airlines mail, this is a special service where parcels are shipped from China to Hong Kong, and parcels will exit from Hong Kong. This is considered a safer exit option because customs in many EU countries check parcels in China, not in Hong Kong. For DHL shipments, all parcels will also depart from Hong Kong. When we send the first tracking number and QC pictures via email, it is the internal DHL reference code. The official DHL website usually cannot track them. Only when the parcel leaves Hong Kong will DHL issue an updated tracking number that can be tracked on the DHL website.
